Located in front of Maamoura, Alexandria, the project is a residential compound consisting of 13 high rise residential complex . It has one basement levels with total area of 37,000 m² for garage and services. The first two levels of the buildings are dedicated for commercial use and the eleven typical floor levels are for medium size appartments. The compound has a social and recreational club of a total area 4200 m².
