Located east of Ismailia City, with an area of 3,249 feddans, this new city was planned to include an industrial, touristic and residential area. The residential area was separated into economical housing area, an intermediate housing area and a high end luxurious area. The program also includes a logistics area, educational areas, a service centre, club, green and public areas.
